Executive Search is a retained, senior-hire service: we map the market, reach the leaders (even the ones who aren’t looking), and run a structured evaluation to deliver a shortlist matched to what you need to progress your growth stage. From C-suite to country-GM level, locally or across borders.

A retained service for senior hires: we map the market, reach leaders who aren’t actively looking, and run a structured evaluation to deliver a curated shortlist — for C-suite, VP and country-GM roles where the cost of getting it wrong is high.

Leadership across the growth journey: CEO-adjacent, CFO, CRO, COO, CTO/CPTO, CPO, Chief People Officer, plus VP-level (Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success) and country GMs. We focus on scaling technology companies, locally and across borders.

Two ways. First, our searchers are operators who’ve built and scaled companies, so they evaluate leaders on judgement and track record. Second, we’re not search-only: the hire connects to the full Growth Stack, so a leader lands connected to strategy, technology and the wider team — not as one hire in one role.

Most searches run around nine to fourteen weeks from brief to offer. Highly confidential or cross-border mandates can take longer, depending on stakeholder alignment and candidate availability.

It’s a retained model — a retainer to begin the search plus a success fee based on the role’s first-year package, scoped per role. We’ll confirm the structure when we scope the mandate.

Yes. If a placement leaves within 90 days of starting, we re-run the search at no additional fee.

Both. We handle sensitive mandates — backfills, successions, replacements — discreetly, and we place leaders across markets using a global network with real local depth.
