Think & Grow is committed to responsible email practice. This policy sets out our position on unsolicited email and applies to everyone who communicates on our behalf.
Our commitment
We do not advertise or promote thinkandgrowinc.com through unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit anyone else to do so on our behalf.
This applies to our employees, contractors, affiliates, agencies, partners, and any third party acting for us.
What we do not do
- Send unsolicited bulk or commercial email advertising our website
- Purchase, rent, or use harvested, scraped, or unverified email lists
- Send email that conceals or falsifies the sender's identity or origin
- Engage any third party to advertise our website through unsolicited bulk email
- Continue emailing anyone who has asked us to stop
Our marketing email
People receive our marketing email only when they have given us their details directly - through a form on our website, an event registration, or another direct interaction. Every marketing email identifies Think & Grow as the sender and includes a working unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are actioned promptly.
Business communications
We may contact individuals in a professional capacity about our services, using publicly available business contact details. These communications are individual, identify Think & Grow clearly, state why we are making contact, and provide a means to opt out. We do not send bulk unsolicited advertising, and we honour every opt-out request.
All such communication complies with the Australian Spam Act 2003 and, where applicable, the UK and EU requirements under GDPR and PECR.
Third parties and partners
Any agency, contractor, recruiter or partner acting on our behalf must comply with this policy. We do not authorise the promotion of our website through unsolicited bulk email under any circumstances. Where we become aware of a breach, we will act to stop it.

Enforcement
We review our email practices and those of our partners regularly. Breaches of this policy by employees, contractors or third parties will be addressed and may result in the termination of the relationship.
