Partnership Landscape

Find and activate partners that will deliver in a new market

We map and prioritise the partner ecosystem you need to win a market: which partners to back, how ready they are, and how to turn them into a pipeline through co-sell and joint go-to-market.

A big-name logo isn’t a partnership until it’s activated. We can help with that.

650+ Companies Served

Partnerships are the fastest way into a market, if you identify the right partners.

Companies engage Think & Grow for Partnership Landscape because…

They’re entering or scaling in a market and know partners are the fast way in, but not which partners
They have partners on paper (resellers, SIs, hyperscalers) but the relationships aren’t turning into pipeline
They need to build a co-sell motion with hyperscalers like AWS, GCP or Microsoft
They’ve got a long list of possible partners and need to know which few will actually activate in-market
They want partner effort matched to their target accounts — partners who already have access and influence
They’re weighing revenue-share, co-sell or embed models and need the right structure for each partner
We were really impressed with the Partner Strategy and Customer Evaluation Framework. Think & Grow quickly got to the heart of the opportunities we have despite the complexity and nuance of our target markets. Their approach to segmenting our target accounts really opened our eyes.

About service

What is Partnership Landscape?

Partnership Landscape maps the partner ecosystem around your GTM and tells you which partners will have the impact and lead you to success. We assess your existing and potential partners, including their strategic alignment, their ability to execute, and their real connection to pipeline, then map the landscape by market and deployment model, and match the priority partners to your target accounts.

The instinct is to chase the biggest, most credible logo. Our experience is often the opposite: a handful of highly-aligned partners consistently outperform a broad, unfocused ecosystem. We’re operators who’ve built partner and co-sell motions ourselves, including as co-creators of the AWS Global Passport Program.

What you get with Partnership Landscape

A partner strategy grounded in your go-to-market, built by operators. Depending on your market and stage, it’s built from a menu of components:

Partner ecosystem assessment
Strategic-alignment & readiness scoring
Global partner landscape map (by market & deployment model)
Partner-to-target-account matching
Co-sell & joint-GTM playbook
Partnership model recommendation (revenue-share / co-sell / embed)
Hyperscaler & platform alignment (AWS and others)
Partner activation & onboarding plan
Our Work

Case studies

A partner-led route into the US

Vector Technology Solutions needed a structured, partner-led way to take its energy-data platform, Diverge, into the US. We assessed the US ecosystem partners and their attractiveness, built a customer-evaluation framework, prioritised the target accounts, and created GTM playbooks for the top five.

Entering new markets through partners, not headcount.

We segmented and onboarded the partner ecosystem and prioritised segments by co-sell potential, giving Snowflake a repeatable partner-led way into new markets.

Operator-led expertise

Our team hasn’t just studied growth, they’ve done it.

We’ve built co-sell and alliance motions across markets so we can tell the difference between a big logo that looks good and a partner who’ll put you in front of the right buyers.

And because Partnership Landscape sits inside our full Growth Stack, the map connects to your target accounts, your GTM plan, and the operators who can embed to run the motion, turning partnerships into a pipeline.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A partnership landscape is an assessment and map of the partner ecosystem around your go-to-market — which partners (resellers, SIs, MSPs, hyperscalers) are best positioned to help you win a market, how ready they are, and how to activate them. It turns a vague partner list into a prioritised, actionable plan.

We score partners on strategic alignment, ability to execute, and real connection to pipeline, rather than size or brand. A few highly-aligned partners almost always outperform a broad, unfocused ecosystem. The test is how quickly and effectively a partnership will activate in your market.

Co-sell is when you and a partner (often a platform like AWS) sell together (joint accounts, shared plays, co-marketing). Yes: we build the co-sell playbook and help switch it on, from Marketplace listing to joint go-to-market.

We co-created the AWS Global Passport Program, so we know hyperscaler partner motions inside out. We align your partner strategy to the platform’s programs and co-sell infrastructure to unlock funding, marketplace traction and joint pipeline.

We bring an operator’s view of what actually activates in-market, a global network, and a repeatable framework, and the landscape connects to the target accounts, GTM and operators to execute it, so it becomes pipeline.

Book a call. We’ll talk through your market and where partners fit, and scope the right piece of work.
