Jacqui Rowlands

Jacqui Rowlands is a strategic and collaborative leader with a proven track record of enabling growth through digital transformation across startups and global enterprises. Currently Global Strategy & Program Lead at Think & Grow, Jacqui co-leads initiatives like the AWS Global Passport to help tech startups scale internationally. Her previous roles include senior positions at Amazon Web Services, Bain & Company, Telstra, and Accenture—where she specialised in partner ecosystems, digital practices, and social impact. With experience across Australia, Asia, Europe, and the UK, Jacqui excels in aligning strategy with execution, developing high-performing teams, and driving commercial and customer outcomes. She’s also the founder of J M Rowlands Limited, where she advises organisations on technology-enabled transformation. Jacqui holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
