Highlights

Most recently spearheading growth across Index Venture’s global people network, Kira worked as an advisor to portfolio entrepreneurs, coaching them as they entered into new markets and built out their executive leadership teams.

Before joining Index, Kira built and oversaw global talent for Datadog, responsible for engaging and landing the top percentile of GTM talent across North America, EMEA and APAC. During her five years there, she scaled the business from ~300 employees to over 5,000 and business 10x revenue from ~$100M to north of $2B ARR, seeing through of the most successful IPOs in history.

Prior to Datadog, Kira held key leadership roles at Stack Overflow and Frank Recruitment Group. She graduated from Binghamton University with double degrees in Human Development and History.

Kira brings specialized scar-tissue navigating the hiring challenges that come with scaling European and Asian businesses into the states and visa versa – a frequent growth pattern from both time operating at scale, and in VC. As a power-connector, she taps into her deep-rooted relationships with the top 5% software executives to maximize high-impact angels, advisors, and hires.
