How the program works

Once your company is onboarded, a half-day, in-person workshop will be scheduled. Senior leaders will work with our team of growth experts to assess your market opportunities, operational needs, and expansion goals.

Following the workshop, you’ll be provided with insights and recommendations to customise your business strategy.

Step 3: Build a plan together
