Currently, I serve as the Head of Delivery at Think & Grow, leading executive searches for exciting businesses and senior talents in the market.

Previously, I joined Mable as the first Talent Acquisition Specialist during a growth of over 700%, initially handling all hiring before focusing on Engineering, Data, and Product roles. I successfully brought over 130 talented professionals into the organization, which aims to transform aged care and disability support by making community access affordable and easy.

I also worked at Mitchellake, identifying global talents for small and large organizations, primarily in C-Level executive searches for innovative companies. Earlier in my career, at PageUp, I managed APAC recruitment, covering Southeast Asia and Australia for sales and engineering leadership roles, reporting directly to the CEO and Global CHRO.

In my spare time, I enhanced my digital design skills, explored AI, and qualified for the finals of the Stanford Entrepreneurship Program pitch while also developing my understanding of programming and product design.
