Andree has over 10 years experience in the Recruitment and Learning and Development industries. Prior to Think and Grow, Andree began his career working for the Telecommunications industry where he progressed into the internal HR team specialising in Recruitment and Training and Development. He then moved into the RTO industry and worked with various training providers and recruitment agencies before moving into Rec to Rec recruitment.
Andree now works as a Senior Consultant with Think and Grow supporting partners with executive search and leading onsite recruitment drives.
