Project One

A free mentorship program by Think & Grow, helping people move into the future
of work.

Project One connects high-quality talent with fast-growth tech companies.

Over 4 weeks, our coaches guide job seekers through the job hunting process, whilst building their resume and Linkedin profile to show off their skills and strengths, at no cost to them.

We partner with fast-growth tech companies to help fill their open roles with the undiscovered, qualified and vetted talent from the Project One program without the high recruitment fees.

Project One is supported by the Victorian government, through Jobs Victoria.
